I found Chris on Zillow, I loved her reviews but I also choose her because we have the same last name ! I know that sounds crazy but she turned out to be the best choice I could have made for a real estate broker and she’s a true professional! Great experience working with Chris! Chris helped my husband and I find our dream home in a difficult market. She worked with us to really understand what we were looking for and was beyond helpful in showing us options that made the most sense for us. Knowing that houses were in demand in the neighborhoods we were shopping in, she would immediately call us when something hit the market that met our requirements and set up a viewing. Chris has helped me with what could have been a difficult and complicated transaction: a 1031 exchange from Seattle to Red Bank, NJ. The time restriction associated with the exchange, the distance and a few personal issues made me this this may not work. I was wrong, nothing was easier due to Chris.

I only had to come again for closing, that, again, went smoothly with Chris having arranged everything with my attorney.

Then lockdown happened. I was in Seattle and needed to rent out my place in NJ. No problem, Chris took care of that as well. Finding a renter, guiding me through negotiations, taking care of everything that needed to be fixed, getting all city permits and completing the paperwork.
