Chris has helped me with what could have been a difficult and complicated transaction: a 1031 exchange from Seattle to Red Bank, NJ. The time restriction associated with the exchange, the distance and a few personal issues made me this this may not work. I was wrong, nothing was easier due to Chris.

We communicated on line enough that I only needed one visit in person to find the house I wanted. Chris had listened to everything I wanted and we visited a few places that all would have worked. I only had to come again for closing, that, again, went smoothly with Chris having arranged everything with my attorney.

Then lockdown happened. I was in Seattle and needed to rent out my place in NJ. No problem, Chris took care of that as well. Finding a renter, guiding me through negotiations, taking care of everything that needed to be fixed, getting all city permits and completing the paperwork.

I could not be more happy with everything that she did for me and I hope that anyone reading this should be so happy as to have Chris help them too.
