My husband and I decided to purchase a home at the shore and thought it would be an easy process. However, it turned out to be anything but easy. There were many unresolved issues on the sellers side. If it wasn't for Chris, we would have given up on the purchasing this beautiful home. She exhibited professionalism, wisdom, patience and guidance in the midst of pure stress and confusion . She knows her job and never gave up. I had such a hard time finding a home before I contacted Christine. Other realtors did not want to work with me because of my circumstances regarding my mortgage limitations. Christine took me on and I am so thankful she did. She made sure I found a good mortgage company and that we found my first home. I worked with her for a few months to find the perfect home for my daughter and I. We had a lot of laughs during that time and I felt so comfortable around her. She is extremely knowledgeable about the whole process and if she doesn't know anything she makes sure she finds out for you. Even though I know I wasn't her only client, she made me feel like I was. Oh and don't let the sweet face fool you! She is fierce when she needs to be. She ended up working harder for me than my lawyer did at the end of the process to get what I wanted. I cant recommend her enough!!
